Additional information :

The ABB AF09-22-00-13 is a 4-pole contactor designed for controlling power circuits up to 690 V AC and 440 V DC. It is ideal for managing non-inductive or slightly inductive loads, such as resistance furnaces. Featuring an electronic coil interface, it accepts a wide control voltage range (100-250V AC/DC) and includes built-in surge protection, eliminating the need for additional suppressors. Its block-type design allows for front and side-mounted auxiliary contact blocks, offering flexibility in configuration..This ABB AF09-22-00-13 contactor is a 4-pole device with 2 normally open (NO) and 2 normally closed (NC) main poles. It operates with a rated control circuit voltage of 100-250V AC/DC at 50/60 Hz. The main circuit has a rated operational voltage of 690V and a rated operational current AC-1 of 25A at 40°C and 60°C, and 22A at 70°C. For AC-3 operation, the rated current is 9A at 60°C for various voltages up to 415V. The conventional free-air thermal current (Ith) is 35A. It has a maximum electrical switching frequency of 600 cycles per hour for AC-1 and a maximum mechanical switching frequency of 3600 cycles per hour. The dimensions are 86mm (Height) x 45mm (Width) x 77mm (Depth), and it weighs 0.27 kg. The terminals are screw terminals with a tightening torque of 1.2 N·m for the control circuit and 1.5 N·m for the main circuit. It has a rated insulation voltage (Ui) of 690V according to IEC and 600V according to UL/CSA, and an impulse withstand voltage (Uimp) of 6 kV. The operating temperature range is -40 to 70°C.
